I am a digital and production developer @ Burst Mode Productions and previously a communication specialist @ RBC
I am a strategic, business, and metrics-oriented communications specialist with 14 years of experience.
I co-founded Burst Mode Productions where I develop film, television, digital, and fiction screenplays and pitches. I story edit, copy edit and proofread screenplays, manuscripts, and a wide range of professional documents. Additionally, I have developed multi-platform television project pitches, and streaming television series pitches.
I developed the website and content for principal/writer at Burst Mode Productions; sitemap, wireframes and built website using WordPress; SEO; Created graphics, photography, copy, social media, and GIFs; Basic HTML and CSS; Digital assets created using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.
Previously, I led the internal communications development, planning, and production within a Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) technology division - Core Banking Integration (CBI) - which is situated within Retail Applications (RA) in the Technology & Operations (T&O) line of business.
I collaborated with the senior management team, senior business strategists, and designers to create and deliver CBI's newsletter, employee engagement events, and internal websites for CBI and its five portfolios. My priority is aligning business-wide strategic priorities into all communication initiatives.
I specialize in aligning technology and operations business goals and company values to strategic communications and organization change plans and techniques.
Through positive and proactive stakeholder relationships, I build the confidence needed to strongly deliver end-to-end projects.
My experience and expertise in researching, writing, and formatting various business and technology documents includes: communication plans, newsletters, calls to action, summation of events, white papers, analytical reports, documentation plans, user and task analysis, and functional requirements documentation. I am skilled at document formatting and layout, cross-cultural contexts, SME interviewing, and project management.
